To everyone at The Siding Store, It seems like yesterday when I called you in desperation after a grueling night with a salesman from another siding company. My husband and I knew nothing about siding and we wanted to just get an estimate on how much it would cost to have our house done before winter. The company we called first sent out a money-hungry salesman who not only made us uncomfortable about calling anyone else, but he made us sign with him at a price we simply could not afford. His price didn’t even include the whole job!!!

The next morning my husband and I realized there had to be a better way, that’s when I decided to go through the phone book and ask for help. After three phone calls I reached The Siding Store. I was put in touch with Chris, an extremely calming person to speak to when in panic. She calmed me and told me she would have someone at our home the next day for an estimate. The relief I felt after the call alone made my decision, but when we met the representative I did not want to go through another horrible sales pitch. To my surprise the representative didn’t want to give us one. He not only taught us about what we needed, he showed us higher quality product at half the price of the other store. We were sold on The Siding Store.

The day the guys arrived at the house I was nervous, my biggest fear was I was going to have a bunch of workers at my house for months making a mess out of my yard and giving me a hard time about things I had no time for. After all, for the price we were given and the product we were buying the downfall had to fall on the workers. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The crew was some of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. They answered any questions we had, they were neat and courteous, extremely hardworking, even their attitudes towards each other were so pleasant. They were great with our neighbors and even great with our dog.

When the job was completed in four days, after the team worked the weekend, we felt like we had a whole group of new friends. All in all we wanted everyone to know that we were extremely pleased with the job and in the future if we need anymore work done on our home there will be NO question as to who we will call. The fantastic siding crew that worked on my home was friendly, on time, willing to accommodate what I needed done, and they cleaned up after each day of work.
